ORDERING ITEMS IN STOCK:
You may order any of the guitars listed for sale on the website by
phoning me or by contacting me by e-mail.
Full payment must be received before the item is shipped. You will be
advised of the date when the item is sent.
ORDERING CUSTOM GUITARS:
Many people want something special on their instruments. This may be
wood, bindings, tuners, inlay or what have you.
I will do my best to accommodate your wishes. Contact me so that we
can discuss your needs and requirements. Once we have decided on what
you would like, I will prepare a detailed specification list for your
guitar. I will also give you a firm quote that will be valid for 60
days after the quotation date. I will also provide an estimated start
and completion date.
To secure a time-line in my production schedule and prior to any work
starting, I must have a deposit of 1/3 the total
purchase price. As stated above, the instrument must be paid for in
full before shipping.
WARRANTEE:
I offer a full warrantee against defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your instrument, you may return it for a
full refund within ten days of receiving it, provided no damage has
occurred to it.
The exception to this rule is for a guitar that has been personalized
to the extent that it is not readily salable to the general public.
If a problem with your guitar develops over time, contact me and
discuss the problem with me prior to sending back for repair.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
You may pay by a certified cheque, a bank transfer, or with your
credit card through PAYPAL. Contact me for the account number.
TAXES AND SHIPPING:
All applicable taxes are extra. Shipping costs will depend on the
method chosen and are the responsibility of the purchaser as is
insurance for the items ordered. I will obtain a quote on the shipping
costs if you wish. Quotes will be F.O.B. Williams Lake, British
Columbia. I strongly suggest using FEDEX or a similar courier. You
don't want your instrument in the delivery system any longer than it
needs to be.
